Description:

FS-210 butyl sealant is a kind of single-part, solvent-free, 100% solid content, primary seal hot melt sealant for insulating glass. It has high adhesion in extrensive temperature.The butyl sealant has excellent adhesion to glass, aluminum, galvanized steel and stainless steel. Benefit from its extremely vapor penetrability, it has excellent anti-humidity system when it work together with other sealant .It can be used for the manufacture of insulating glass units. Together with an elastic sealant compound like silicone, polyurethane or polysulfide sealant, they form an excellent dual-seal system.

The FS-210 butyl sealant for first sealing of insulating glass, if you are interesting one-station butyl sealant of insulating, we recommand our FS-221 series. 

Usage method:

Contact surface must be clean, dry and free of grease. the sealant can be applied by butyl extruding machine (extruder) of special hot melt butyl sealant of IG production line. Its concrete condition can be achieved by adjusting temperature and pressure. The preferred range of temperature is 100°C to 150°C. The operating environment temperature is recommended not to be lower than 10°C.

Method of use

1. Use XiangRongXing binder materials before confirm product and base material test, can meet the construction requirements to construction.

2. Using a solvent or other measures for bonding material surface cleaning

3. The site labeled in need protection in glue to viscosity tape: not before sulphide and eliminate overhauled tapes

4. Cut orifice, again even pressure within the next glue guns to interface with the interface and thenecessary fares are economic glue on both sides are to ensure good contacts, fill seams.

Use restrictions

1. Not as structural bonding assembly

2. Not used for all oozy grease, plasticizer, solvents, or frost, wet surfaces

3. Base material surface temperature is below 4 ° C or more than 40 ° C unfavorable construction

1. In ordinary dry environment preservation, cannot directly use the newly-built cement concrete surface
